Sustainability Professionals ASEAN Network (SPAN) networking event

This is the nineth networking event organised by SPAN, the second for 2024 and for the second time too, to be held at Plume in the grand atrium on the ground floor of the newly refurbished Pan Pacific Singapore.

As SPAN has focussed on a different UN SDG at every networking event, this time it is Sustainable Development Goal 2: all about creating a world free of hunger by 2030. The global issue of hunger and food insecurity has shown an alarming increase since 2015, a trend exacerbated by a combination of factors including the pandemic, conflict, climate change, and deepening inequalities. We need to deal with food security at home and abroad, making sustainable food choices, supporting good nutrition and fighting food waste.

Whether you've attended SPAN events before or haven't managed to fit one into your busy schedule to date, you're welcome. Or maybe you're new to the business of sustainability or hearing about SPAN for the first time. You're also very welcome. But as we need to limit numbers to a maximum of 60 attendees, please register as soon as you can.

Your $25 registration fee gets you a name tag and a SPAN voucher on arrival, which covers your first drink (a glass of red or white wine, or a Tiger beer), as well as delicious finger food.

All other drinks available at the bar for SPAN attendees will be at 20% discount between 5.30 and 7.30pm.
